If hooping with one hoop is fun, hooping with two hoops is SUPER fun!
Learn the fundamentals of hooping with two hoops including hooping on
the core, separating the hoops, and moving them off the body. We will
also explore more advanced technique including hooping with twins in
the vertical plane both on and off the body, and "poi" moves with two
hoops. Michele Clark has gained international recognition for her twin
technique and has taught workshops on twin hooping across the country.
"Surprise!" aka Katie Desmond has developed her technique with
multiple hoops over several years and is excited to share her skills with DC.
